It is so much fun. I like clapping hands since I learnt it.

Baby food

I start eating cereal three weeks ago. It is OK for me. I don’t like it very much. Papa got me to try apple sauce since yesterday. And there are also green bean, squash, corn, peas, and sweet potatoes that I will try later. I don’t know if I will like them yet.

Two teeth are coming from upper jaws

Carina has got two teeth coming out from the upper jaws for about a week already. Daddy said it is much more difficult for him to capture photos with the upper teeth than the lower ones. And he finally got one.

Carina is 6 months old today!

Time flies! I am 6 months old today.

However, I am getting less behaved as I grow older. In the last two days, I woke daddy up at 6am and 7am respectively. On the first day, daddy tried feeding me, changing diaper, putting me on the swing, putting me on the bed, etc. and I was still crying. At the end, he turned on the TV and then I stopped crying. On the second day, I need daddy to hold me and watch TV with me together in order to stop crying. Obviously daddy didn’t have enough sleep in these 2 days.

Sayonara to nanny Tiffany

Nanny Tiffany is my third nanny. She has taken care of me for the longest time, about 4 months. She is going back to Hong Kong, and last Saturday (April 28) was her last day. So last week daddy was busy posting ads, calling, searching, and interviewing nannies for me. He ended up choosing the one who requests higher salary, which surprises me and others. This is not his typical thought process. 🙂 The new nanny starts today (April 30).
